Herget Building with ISS going over

Hours:

Every Tuesday and Thursday, Noon-3pm

Our museum space is open Noon - 3pm. Tours run on the hour at Noon, 1pm, and 2pm.

These half hour history tours include both buildings and are followed by safe solar viewing through the oldest operating telescope in the western hemisphere, weather permitting.

All tours start at the main building (larger of the two buildings). If you cannot manage steps, please see our section on Visitors with Additional Needs regarding building access under 1873 Observatory Building - Herget.

Tour are recommended for ages 10+.
