Membership Levels
There are many benefits to becoming a member of the Cincinnati Observatory. In addition to helping to support the Nation's Oldest Public Observatory, these benefits include:
- Free admission to our year-round Astronomy Evening programs (Please register online!)
- Members only classes and program offerings
- Discounts on special events, programs, and classes
- Priority Registration and Members Only access for select events and programs.
- Invitation to Friends of the Observatory (FOTO) Amateur Astronomers meetings (2nd Monday of each month at 7:30pm)

Family
Who: Two Adults + children under 18 in one family
Benefits: Core benefits plus free admission to Cosmic Kids and access to the Telescope Loan program.
Mars
Who: Two Adults + children under 18 in one family
Benefits: Core benefits plus free admission to Cosmic Kids and access to our telescope loan program
Venus
Who: Two Adults + children under 18 in one family
Benefits: Core benefits plus free admission to Cosmic Kids, telescope loan program, and two guest passes for astronomy nights
Mitchel Society Leadership Level
Moon Membership
Who: Two Adults + children under 18 in one family
Benefits: Core benefits plus free admission to Cosmic Kids, telescope loan program, four guest passes for astronomy nights, one private tour for up to 10 guests, and name listed in the COC’s Annual Report
Sun Membership
Who: Two Adults + children under 18 in one family
Benefits: Core benefits plus free admission to Cosmic Kids, telescope loan program, unlimited guest passes for astronomy nights, one private tour for up to 20 guests, and name listed in the COC’s Annual Report
