Constellation Myths for Kids (And Adults)
The night skies of Halloween are filled with creepy, strange, and downright gross tales. When you stargaze in October, with the right imagination, you can see heroes, monsters, and battles up above. Learn more of these ancient constellation tales from the star-story-teller Dean Regas in this fun online class. Good for all ages.
Tickets: $10 per household
You can watch the class live via Zoom or get a link to watch a recording of the class later at your convenience.
Apollo 17’s astronauts left the Moon in December 1972, and in April 2026 Artemis II carried a crew around it. Compare the missions, the technology, and the goals, and look at what comes next for humans on the Moon. We’ll look at what Artemis II tested, what had to change since the Apollo era, and what still has to happen before astronauts land again.
