Celebrate Pluto’s discovery, journey to the distant world with NASA’s New Horizons spacecraft, and learn why this distant world lost its planetary status. Enjoy hands-on science activities, Pluto-themed crafts, a “race to Pluto” along our planet walk, informative talks, and more! Weather permitting, the observatory’s historic telescopes will be used to view the night sky. Pluto fanatic or not, this event promises to be fun for all ages!
